A3: The notification feature automatically searches for and notify you of the driving test cancellations 24/7 based on your preferred dates and test centres. Access our [Telegram channel] here. Once an earlier test is found, the bot will be notified you instantly on Telegram.
A4: You will receive a notification via SMS and voice call by the bot once the appointment is successfully booked. You can normally get a confirmation email from DVSA as well.
A5: No, you do not need to have a pre-booked appointment to use our service. If you don't have existing appointment, you may need us to pay the DVSA fee on your behalf upon the bot is booking your appointment.
A6: Yes. For notification subscribers, full refund within 24 hours of subscription. For Auto-booking subscribers, refund is available before the appointment is booked. For more details, please refer to our refund policy.
A7: Based on DVSA's policy, you can as long as your new test date is at least 10 days away from your failed test date.
A8: Yes you can, when you start the subscription on the website, you can select up to 50 test centres. For London and surrounding residents, you can select up to 100 test centres. The more test centres you choose, the higher chance the bot can book you the appointment.
